One can always find them. Too much work. Deadlines. Choosing topic & developing proposal most programs do have proposed projects for applicants...Super cool! :) The applicant still needs to clearly develop a proposal. Some sections of proposal include: Introduction, Purpose of Study, Research Questions, Literature and Research Methodology, Proposed Development–Structure, Significance of Study. recommendation: establish contact with your prospective PhD Advisors :) Interviews, presentations, rounds of selection Skype or telephone interviews help to assess the language level and motivation of the candidates About Reference letters: admission team now ask referees to rank the applicant.
